Off to the races!
We signed Teddy up for a combo soccer/baseball class. Every session he started out so clingy and whiny. "I don't wanna go!" But then he'd end up like this:
Learning to aim and throw
We celebrated Mother's Day at the park after class
Teddy keeps showing more interest in art, so Brian started drawing characters on the garage walls for Teddy to color in.
Concentrating
Teddy's 4th birthday. He gave us a present and brushed his own teeth.
Presenting them for inspection:
Choosing a birthday donut
It's getting nearly impossible to get them to look at the camera
That weekend we headed out to Sausalito to check out the Bay Area Discovery Museum.
Such a hit!
Such a hit!
Teddy got the Care Bear he asked for
Jo introduced Teddy's bear to hers. When she finds two things that match, she always says, "Friends!"
Daddy was going for a run and Teddy asked if he could go, too.
So he got suited up.
So he got suited up.
And off they went. Reggie was jealous.
One trip around the block (I think Teddy ran most of the way) and then Jo insisted on a turn.
I believe she only made it to the end of our street.
A visit from cousins means the bathtub is at cuteness capacity
Nate showing Jo how to use the water fountain. Or maybe just rubbing it in that he can reach.
Teddy learning to pump
In the birthday bounce house with Grandpa
His first non-Duplo Lego set. Learning to follow instructions.
How soon until he can assemble all my IKEA purchases?
Back at baseball class - learning to hit. What a champ!
Learning to catch
Learning to listen to the coach and not give the other kids funny ideas
While Teddy is in class, Jo gets free run of the playground nearby
At the playground with Patti and Edison before they moved to Atlanta :(
A visit to Mama's office
Jo saw these bright pink "hegaphones" on a co-workers desk and insisted on borrowing them
Lots of boxes to play in at the office, too
Grandma and her girls
The glare was interfering with her swinging enjoyment
Hiding in the hollow log at the playground
Making faces
Peek a boo!
