November 2014

We aren't potty training yet, but she looks awfully comfortable there - maybe we should be?

Grandma came to visit and we drove up to the city for the Renegade Craft Fair. We were almost thwarted by the parking situation, but in the end our patience paid off - we got a great spot and found some cool things and enjoyed a beautiful day at Fort Mason :)

Jo's love of accessories continues unabated. Daddy bought these for a costume and Jo claimed them for her own.

Fun with Grandpa.

3-day weekends always take me by surprise. I never have the Monday off, but daycare is always closed. We took the opportunity to visit the playground of the nearby elementary school to play some soccer...

Test out the slides...

We even found a ball left behind for twice the ball playing fun.

I bought Teddy a new winter jacket, but he refused to try it on.
Luckily I found another willing model.

We joined my college friends Patti, Meg and Mattias (and families) for a Stanford tailgate.
First line of defense against kid boredom: snacks.
Second: crayons and stickers.

This girl loves her some snacks.

We flew down to San Diego on Thanksgiving morning.
The airport was quiet, everyone had all their gear, all was right with the world.

Ready for takeoff!

We discovered that Home Depot has the best shopping carts around!

In case you hadn't heard, we're having a bit of a dry spell here in California.
There was a big storm headed our way and they gave us the day off work to hunker down.
As you can see, it was none too impressive in our neck of the woods. But the kids loved the excuse to wear their rain gear.
